Flagstone is a large master-planned community in the Greater Flagstone district, in the southern growth corridor of the City of Logan near Jimboomba and roughly 50 kilometres south of Brisbane. It is one of South East Queensland's biggest planned developments, designed to grow over several decades into a community of tens of thousands of homes. New neighbourhoods, parks, schools and retail are being delivered in stages, so the suburb has a young, evolving character.
For people living with disability, Flagstone has the advantage of newer, well-planned infrastructure — including state primary and secondary schools, a town-centre shopping precinct with a supermarket and everyday services, and a large community adventure playground. Because the suburb is still developing, public transport is currently provided by bus, with services connecting Flagstone to Browns Plains station and the wider Translink network for travel into Logan and Brisbane.
Supportr provides NDIS support throughout Flagstone with a small, consistent team matched to each participant. We assist with daily living routines, community access, in-home tasks and small-group activities, and our coordinators plan support around a growing suburb where some services still mean a trip to nearby centres. Reliable transport support is part of how we work here. There are no lock-in contracts, and we welcome both self-managed and plan-managed participants.
