Why Choose Supportr in Moreton Bay
Choosing between NDIS providers in Moreton Bay often comes down to trust and consistency. Every participant gets a small team of two to three support workers, not a rotating roster from a call centre.
Consistent team
We assign two to three team members to every Moreton Bay participant and keep that team consistent. The same people turn up each visit, learn your routine and understand how you like things done.
Flexible scheduling
Support is available mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends across Moreton Bay. We build a schedule around your life, whether that means an early start before work or weekend support.

Our NDIS Support Services in Moreton Bay
Supportr delivers four NDIS services to participants across Moreton Bay, each provided by the same familiar team. Here is what each one covers and how it works day to day.
Social & community support
Social and community support helps you get out and about in Moreton Bay, whether that is a walk along the Redcliffe foreshore, a visit to the library or getting to a community group. Your support worker comes along as a familiar face, so outings feel comfortable rather than clinical.
Learn more →Daily living support
Daily living support covers the everyday tasks that keep life running smoothly: personal care, showering and dressing, meal preparation and medication prompts. Because the same two or three team members visit each time, mornings and evenings run more smoothly and nobody has to re-explain their routine.
Learn more →In-home support
In-home support keeps your Moreton Bay home clean, organised and safe, covering cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and light garden tasks. It lets you spend your energy on the things that matter to you and can help you keep living independently in your own home.
Learn more →Group activities Back in 2027
Group activities bring participants together in small, supported groups for art, fitness, cooking or social outings. Our group activities have finished for 2026 and are back in 2027. Tell us what you'd like to do.
Help shape 2027 →How Funding Works With Us
Supportr is not currently a registered NDIS provider, so we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. NDIA-managed, also called agency-managed, participants cannot use Supportr, because that funding type requires a registered provider. If you are unsure which category applies to your plan, your plan manager or the NDIS can confirm it. Our guide to self-managed vs plan-managed NDIS explains the difference, and our NDIS information page covers plan types.
Self-managed
You manage your own NDIS funding and pay providers directly. As a self-managed participant, you can choose Supportr for support anywhere in Moreton Bay.
How self-management works →Plan-managed
A registered plan manager handles your payments on your behalf. Plan managers can pay unregistered providers, so you can still choose Supportr for your Moreton Bay support.
How plan management works →NDIA-managed
Also called agency-managed. The NDIA pays providers directly under this plan type, and only registered providers can be used. Supportr is not available to NDIA-managed participants.
Learn about plan types →How do I choose an NDIS provider in Moreton Bay?
Start with the practical questions: does the provider work with your plan type, who will actually turn up, and what will it cost you in writing. Use this checklist when you compare NDIS providers in Moreton Bay, including us.
- Plan type. Ask whether the provider can work with your funding. Registered providers can work with NDIA-managed plans. Supportr is not currently a registered NDIS provider, so we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants only.
- The same people each visit. Ask how many different workers you are likely to meet, and what happens when someone is away.
- Prices in writing. Check rates against the NDIS price limits for the support category, and ask what applies to short-notice cancellations.
- Suits your week. Confirm the days, times and areas of Moreton Bay the provider can cover, including evenings and weekends if you need them.
- A clear service agreement. Read the notice period and how changes are made. You should be able to adjust or end support without a lock-in contract.
- Worker screening. Ask how the provider checks that every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
