Supportr is an NDIS provider delivering disability support services across the Gold Coast, from Coomera and Upper Coomera in the north to Coolangatta at the southern border. Supportr is not currently a registered NDIS provider, which means we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants; we cannot accept NDIA-managed funding. Every participant is matched with a small, consistent team of two to three support workers, delivering social and community support, daily living support, in-home support and group activities (back in 2027) on a schedule built around your life. How Funding Works With Us
Supportr is not currently a registered NDIS provider, so we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We say so plainly because it affects who can work with us. These participants make up everyone we support on the Gold Coast. NDIA-managed, also called agency-managed, participants cannot use Supportr, because that funding type requires a registered provider. If you are unsure which category applies to your plan, your plan manager or the NDIS can confirm it. Self-managed
You manage your own NDIS funding and pay providers directly. As a self-managed participant, you can choose Supportr for support anywhere on the Gold Coast.
